Green Coraline - Taylor Stackhouse

Taylor Stackhouse is a genderfluid fine artist that experiments in surrealist interpretations of their work. In tribute to their Indigenous Afro-Carribbean heritage they work in vibrant colors and non-typical styles of painting, jewelry, and printmaking. Stackhouse’s work intends to disregard the conventional, exploring topics of sexual and gender identity, the subconscious mind, neurodiversity, mysticism and spirituality.

Born in 1995 in Long Island, New York, they studied at Parsons the New School for Design and received their BA from SUNY College at Oneonta in 2017. They were a recipient of the Creatives Rebuild New York grant program in 2022. Stackhouse currently lives and works in New York.
