Join famed Hudson Valley beeswax candlemaker
Alysia Mazzella (peep her write-up in
Vogue) for a unique workshop experience!
Alysia will guide us through the art of hand-dipped candle-making, sharing tips, and giving insight into the history of the beeswax and the chandler trade.
Then, with her trusty pot of molten beeswax- we'll grab a stick, cut some wicks, and start dipping! One person dips then steps back and allows another to dip, creating a fun, waxy dance. :)
Reserve a time a one-hour time slot with the purchase of a ticket. 10 tickets are available per time slot. Available time slots are:
10:00 am - 11:00 am
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Tickets are $20 per person and include one pair of hand-dipped beeswax candles. Each additional pair is $10 and will be paid for upon creation at the workshop.
